Does the gift card expire?
Not on subscriptions — recurring orders need a credit card on file. Gift cards work on any one-time purchase at vinebox.com: tasting experiences, collections, and bottles.
Can it be printed instead of emailed?
Yes. The gift card email includes a link to the card itself, and that page has a "Print gift card" button — so you can print it at home and give it in person. The code and a scannable QR code both print with it.
Can I send it to someone else, or schedule it?
Yes. Check "I want to send this as a gift" above the Buy Now button, then add the recipient's email, a personal message, and the date you'd like it to arrive. Leave it unchecked and the gift card comes straight to you.
What if their order costs more than the gift card?
They just pay the difference at checkout with any credit card. And if the order comes to less than the card's value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for next time.
Can a gift card be combined with a promo code?
Yes. A gift card is a payment method, not a discount, so it can be used alongside a promo code

Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Anything at vinebox.com. Wine ships only to states where delivery is permitted, and an adult 21+ must be available to sign for the package.
They never got the email — what now?
Ask them to check their spam and promotions folders first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@vinebox.com and we'll resend it.
