Pre-sale orders will begin shipping Nov. 2nd. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box is en route. Please be sure someone 21+ is available to sign for the package.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, wherever permitted by law. Due to alcohol shipping regulations we are unable to ship to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia. We also cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Is an adult signature required at delivery?
Yes. Because wine is alcohol, an adult (21+) signature is required at delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign — a work address works great.

I missed my delivery — what happens now?
Don’t worry — your wine is safe. If a UPS delivery attempt is missed, your package is automatically redirected to a nearby temperature-controlled UPS Access Point that accepts wine shipments. You’ll get a notification with the pickup location, and you have 7 days to pick it up at your convenience (bring your ID — 21+ required).
If a shipment isn’t picked up and is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it — returned shipments are subject to a $10 restock/reship fee. Reship requests must be submitted within 60 days of the ship date by emailing hello@vinebox.com; after 60 days we’ll issue store credit less applicable fees. Due to alcohol shipping laws, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered.

Can I have my order held for pickup instead?
Yes — you can ship to a staffed UPS Store or FedEx Office location and pick up on your own schedule. Your shipping confirmation email will tell you which carrier has your package.

My shipment was damaged. What now?
We’re sorry! Please submit our damage claim form within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll coordinate a replacement or refund. You can also email hello@vinebox.com.
