Lack of quality control

We buy Vinebox every year around the holidays. Love them. Unfortunately, this year a few of the vials had dried wine on them indicating leakage. We had ordered two boxes of the same thing. Each box had a leaking vial. We tasted the non leaking vs leaking and could tell the difference. The company was beyond great and sent two more full boxes. The bad news was we got some more leaking vials. We’ve never experienced that previously. I know they got bought a few years ago so maybe they’ve made some cuts in quality. I hope they get it together. We’ll miss them.
