Date Night Bundle - Chocolate Pairing

I stumbled upon this site/service in looking to add a surprise for my wife’s and my third anniversary and was excited at the prospect of paired wine and chocolate.
On the evening of our anniversary, we were shocked to see that two of the wines in one of the boxes had mold after it looked like it had leaked. Needless to say we did NOT drink the two bottles that had mold on them.
Not only that, the description of the product had said that the chocolates that came with the wine would pair with the wines provided. However, there were no white chocolates in the box provided, only milks and darks that were mislabelled.
In summary, although the drinkable wine was delicious and the chocolates were subpar, the lack of proper food hygiene for two of the six provided vials of wine is unacceptable. A system of checking the product should be in place before shipping.
