The Sauvignon Blanc is picked at medium ripeness to not only have fruit flavors but also have some grassy flavors. Fermented is stainless steel with VL3 yeast. The wine has notes of lemongrass, clementine and orange blossoms.

The aromas of this wine unveil boysenberry pie. deep plum with some wild huckleberry tones. The palate transitions into pure blueberry backed by vanilla, dark cocoa, chocolate and dry oak tannins with subtle coffee.
