Kalsa

Producer: Fuedo Solaria
Region: Sicily, Italy

This Sicilian white boasts orange peel and spring flower notes - a welcome scent in the colder months. Yellow apple flavors and bright lemon notes round out the wine.

Raw crudos with nice olive oil, Korean fried chicken, Flamin' Hot Cheetos

Situated in what they describe as "a place of extraordinary beauty," the Contrada Sulleria vineyard in Rodi Milici overlooks a picture-perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. Once occupied by Julius Caesar, because he was a fan of the wines made by the Mamertime people, the area is truly breathtaking.

Gelso Bianco

Producer: Tenuta i Gelsi
Region: Basilicata, Italy
Grapes: Malvasia

A white wine grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Mount Vulture in Italy (don’t worry, it’s an extinct volcano!) Intense and floral on the nose with a waxy perfume that leads into fruit flavors of lychee, pear, yellow citrus and hawthorn.

Monte Vultre and it's volcanic formations most recently erupted in 1980 destroying many towns in the region.

Vermentino

Producer: Peltier
Region: Clements Hills & Wackman Ranch, Lodi, CA
Grapes: Vermentino

The Vermentino is picked ripe to accentuate the fruit flavors. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with R2 yeast. The wine has notes of green apple, quince, pear and crenshaw melon

Feta or goat cheese, prosciutto wrapped melon, or light fish dishes.

This blend is 88% Vermentino from Coyote Creek ranch in the sub appellation of Clements Hills in Lodi. The balance (22%) is Vermentino from the Wackman ranch which is located in the sub appellation of Consumnes River in Lodi.

Pinot Rosé

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

A richer and more voluptuous style of rosé boasting dark cherry, ripe strawberry and subtle dashes of peony with a backbone of white nectarine and cling-pit peach. Think of this as a “reserve” rosé, a slightly more serious 100% Pinot Noir that’s ready for a special occasion at every occasion.

Chicken tinga tacos, quiche Lorraine, Ziploc-packed beach ready ham sandwiches or step up your al fresco dining experience and enjoy alongside duck confit on a crisp patio night.

Ca de Lion Barbera

Producer: Ca de Lion
Region: Piedmont, Italy
Grapes: 100% Barbera

Expressive, tart, juicy and intense. Shy on opening it quickly blossoms into a bouquet of wonderful red fruits, a touch of coffee, a handful of florals and a few other goodies as well!

Bolognese, pesto pasta with a touch of mint, leftovers and a dream

Barbera wines made in the region must be made before March 1st immediately following the harvest and must reach at least 11.5% alcohol to bear the name!

Tolo do Xisto

Producer: Coca i Fitó
Region: Ribeira Sacra DO, Spain
Grapes: 100% Mencia

Floral notes of rose petal, red berry fruits and red plum with ripe grape, orange peel, pink peppercorn and fresh herbs. The palate is medium bodied with loads of tart red fruits like raspberry and cherry. A little touch of coffee and liquorice in the finish.
