Mascarrubi Aixart
Details
Vintage: 2019

Tasting Notes
A touch of skin contact makes for a super unique white wine that drinks almost like a rosé. A touch of oak aging adds baking spice to the apple and apricot notes while aromas of walnut and hazelnut evoke thoughts of warm fruit pies. A finish of honey and dried fruits with a dash of lime keep it dry.
Pairing Recommendations
Pesto sauce, Chicken Mirabella, yakitori
Interesting Fact
Montonega is a pink-skinned clone of Parellada, one of the three traditional grapes used in the making of Spanish sparkler Cava!
Petit Coup Rosé
Details
Vintage: 2019

Savor the summer by enjoying fresh farmstand fruits and berries alongside Petit Coup Rosé. Watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and peaches complement the wine's fruity profile and add a burst of sweetness.
Olivastri Tommaso Marcantonio Rosé
Details
Vintage: 2020
Region: Abruzzo, Italy
Tasting Notes
Deep pink in color and super floral on the nose with red flowers and peach blossoms. The palate is dripping with pomegranate and currant flavors, deep yet tart, and finishes with that classic almond-meets-cherry floral note that only Italian wines can achieve.
Pairing Recommendations
Kimchi Jjigae, BBQ chicken pizza, cured meats NEW: grilled seafood by the shore like shrimp skewers, grilled fish or scallops. The wine's delicate flavors and lively acidity harmonize with the smoky and charred notes from the grill.
Interesting Fact
Cerasuolo means "cherry" in Italian, and the wines made here tend to look like and taste like the delicious summer berry.
Domaine Dumas Beaujolais Villages
Details
Vintage: 2020
Region: Beaujolais, France
Tasting Notes
Named after Pierre Andre’s Great Aunt Alice, this beaujolais village is just like the late Matriarch - fun, flirty, easy going and appreciated by everyone. Fruity on the nose and palate, this gamay has a touch more weight thanks to some fruit sourcing from cru Brouilly. The nose is all creamed berries and bramble that translates to flavors of baked cherry pie, super ripe strawberries, sweet herb tea and enough spice and grip to let you know it’s French. Pro Tip: put a slight chill on this one before drinking.
Pairing Recommendation
Perfect for sandy sunset picnics - pair Beaujolais Villages with delicate slices of prosciutto and salami . The wine's fruitiness and acidity balance the richness and saltiness of the meats.
Interesting Fact
Beaujolais is the name of a little area in France just south of Burgundy that makes wine with Gamay grapes. It’s one of the few wine regions of France that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Terre de Malbec
Details
Vintage: 2019
Region: Cahors, France
Tasting Notes
Almost a pale purple, this light bodied and ultra-lightly oaked Malbec explodes with juicy blackberry and farmstand cherry juice flavors and a handful of peony. The trendier side of Malbec, and a trend we can get behind.
Pairing Recommendations
Terre de Malbec's full-bodied character stands up to the flavorful components of a backyard burger. The wine's tannins and dark fruit flavors compliment the juicy and savory elements of the dish.
Interesting Fact
Located on the Lot river in Occitaine, Cahors is a gorgeous region where Malbec is king. Domaine de Causes is located at the top of a hill that overlooks the Lot and Thèze rivers.
